• Analyse and document current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to address business needs.
• Develop detailed system specifications, including data models and workflow diagrams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed system changes.
• Facilitate communication between business users and IT teams to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to implement and test system changes.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users during system implementations.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system meets business requirements.
• Continuously monitor and assess system performance and functionality.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT for ongoing system support and enhancements.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to business systems.
• Contribute to the development of IT strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
